Silicon Barium (Si-Ba) deoxidizer is a highly efficient alloy used in steelmaking and casting processes to remove oxygen (deoxidize) and improve the quality of molten metal. It is composed primarily of silicon (Si) and barium (Ba), which work synergistically to enhance deoxidation, desulfurization, and inclusion modification. This alloy ensures cleaner steel with improved mechanical properties, reduced porosity, and better castability.
