Ferro Silicon Magnesium Nodulizer is mainly composed of magnesium (Mg), rare earth elements (RE), silicon (Si) and iron (Fe). With iron as the matrix, magnesium is the main spheroidizing element, which can spheroidize graphite in cast iron; rare earth elements can react with oxygen, sulfur and other elements in molten iron to purify the molten iron and provide heterogeneous cores; silicon can promote graphitization and increase the number of graphite balls; calcium can make the spheroidization reaction tend to be mild and increase the graphite crystal core. High-quality products have uniform size, meet the standard size range, such as 5-25mm, 5-30mm, etc., and regular shape. Inferior alloys may have uneven size and irregular shape.
