Silicon Carbon Alloy is widely used in steelmaking, iron casting and metallurgical industry. It acts as an efficient deoxidizer, recarburizer and alloying agent. It can replace ferrosilicon, carburant and other raw materials, effectively reducing production costs. It optimizes molten steel composition, improves fluidity and casting quality, refines grain structure and reduces slag inclusion. Silicon Carbon Alloy Production
Silicon carbon alloy is produced by high-temperature smelting with silica, carbon materials and other raw materials in submerged arc furnaces. Raw materials are strictly screened, proportioned and mixed uniformly first. Then the mixture is melted at ultra-high temperature through continuous power supply and reduction reaction. After cooling, crushing and screening, finished lumps and granules of standard particle sizes are obtained. The whole production process adopts strict quality control to ensure stable Si and C content, low impurities and consistent chemical composition, meeting metallurgical steelmaking and foundry production requirements.
