Available in custom particle sizes (0.2–7 mm) with low aluminum content to minimize casting defects. Applications Across Industries
For Cast iron production
Silicon Barium widely used for deoxidation and alloying of cast iron to enhance the performance of castings.
Additive used in foundry casting process to promote graphitising, reduce white point tendency, improve graphite morphology and distribution, increase the number of eutectic clusters and refine the matrix organisation. Good results can be received within a short period of time (about 5-8 minutes) after inoculation treatment.
Inoculant for cast iron: promotes the formation of graphite in grey cast iron and ductile iron, improving their strength and workability.
