2. During installation, it should be noted that the arrow on the oil circuit board should be the same as the material inflow. It cannot be installed in areas with immediate water seepage or splashing. The vacuum solenoid valve shall be installed vertically.
3. When the vacuum solenoid valve has problems or is cleaned, a bypass device shall be installed to ensure that the system operates again.
4. Completely clean the pipeline before installing the solenoid valve. The incoming material shall be free of impurities. A filtering device is installed in front of the valve.
5. After the vacuum solenoid valve is installed, there must be no pressure difference in the opposite direction in the pipeline. It needs to be plugged in for many times to make it warm before it can be declared for use.
6. When taking over, pay attention not to use too many rubber seals. For example, during flange connection, the length of the connecting pipe thread shall not exceed the reasonable length of the thread of the vacuum solenoid valve, and chamfer the front half pitch of the pipe thread with a knife, and gradually coil the rubber gasket from the 2 teeth of the external thread, otherwise too much rubber gasket or adhesive sediment will enter the inner wall of the vacuum solenoid valve and cause common faults. 7. When the pipeline rigidity is insufficient or the water meter rotates, it is proposed to fix the front, rear, left and right pipelines of the valve with support frames or other methods to prevent vibration during the operation of the vacuum solenoid valve.
8. The switching power supply operation route and equipment related to the pulse solenoid valve, such as automobile relay, power switch and AC contactor, shall be firmly connected without looseness or vibration. The control circuit of electrical equipment shall be connected with the corresponding commercial safety line as the maintenance of the control circuit of electrical equipment, otherwise it will endanger the normal operation or damage of vacuum solenoid valve.
9. After the installation of the solenoid valve of the water heater, after the inspection and early preparation, after the end of the experimental process, it is necessary to enter the liquid test position for 3 ~ 5 times, and the fund can be put into real application only after everything is confirmed to be normal.
