Silicon slag product introduction

 

Silicon slag is a by-product of metal silicon smelting. It is a mixture of silicon liquid and suspended oxidized impurities formed in the smelting process. After slagging, cooling, selection and crushing, we get standard size silicon slag lumps (10-50mm 90%). The silicon content is between 60% and 85%.

1. Silicon slag is widely used as a deoxidizer and warming agent in steel making industry. It can partially replace ferrosilicon and further help steel plant reduce costs.

2.Used for steel slag recycling of pig iron, general casting, etc.. Silicon slag can improve the furnace temperature, increase the fluidity of molten iron, high-quality slag discharge, increase the label, and update the toughness and cutting ability of iterative casting.
