Products Description
Silicon carbide is a widely used compound with the molecular formula SiC and a C/Si ratio of 1, with an error of no more than 10-5%. It is divided into artificial silicon carbide and natural silicon carbide. Natural silicon carbide is called moissanite, which is mainly found in kimberlite and volcanic amphibolite, but its amount is very small and has no mining value.
